1. Malibu Bay Breeze
What You’ll Need
- Glass with ice
- Coconut rum
- Pineapple juice
- Cranberry Juice
Directions
- Pour one part coconut rum, one part pineapple juice, and one part cranberry juice into a glass
- Stir and enjoy
2. Classic Piña Colada
What You’ll Need
- 1 ½ cup of ice
- ½ cup diced frozen pineapple
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1 ½ ounces white rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
Directions
- Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass and enjoy
3. Manhattan
What You’ll Need
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
- Add the bourbon or rye, sweet vermouth and both bitters into a cocktail mixing glass with ice in it
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a branded cherry
4. Blueberry Vodka Lemonade
What You’ll Need
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of blueberries
- ½ cup of lemonade
- Ice
Directions
- Place mint leaves, sugar, and blueberries in a cocktail shaker
- Muddle with the end of a wooden spoon until blueberries are broken
- Add vodka and ice, shake for 30 seconds
- Pour into your glass of choice
- Garnish with blueberries, mint, and lemon slices
5. Vodka Mojito
What You’ll Need
- 1 ½ cups of Mint Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 1 cup of chilled vodka
- ¼ cup of fresh lime juice (from 2 or 3 large limes)
- 1 cup of chilled club soda
- Ice
- Fresh mint for garnish
Directions
- In a pitcher, combine the simple syrup vodka, lime juice, and club soda
- Pour into ice-filled glasses
- Garnish with Mint
Mint Simple Syrup
What You’ll Need
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 packed cup of fresh mint
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ingredients
- Bring to a boil, then to a simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir occasionally until the sugar has dissolved
- Remove the pan from heat and allow the syrup to cool for 2 minutes
- Strain before using
6. Aperol Spritz
What You’ll Need
- Aperol
- Prosecco
- Club Soda
- Slice of fresh orange for garnish
Directions
- Pour one part Aperol, 1 part Prosecco, and a splash of club soda into a glass
- Garnish with a slice of fresh orange
- Stir and enjoy

What You’ll Need
- Tequila
- Freshly-squeezed lime juice
- Orange liqueur
Directions
- Salt rim around glass of choice
- Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake
- Strain and serve on the rocks
8. Peach Sangria
What You’ll Need
- 1 lb fresh yellow peaches
- ¼ cup of sugar
- ¾ cup of peach liqueur or peach schnapps
- 1 bottle of white wine
- 1 liter of chilled ginger ale
Directions
- Put sliced peaches into the bottom of a sangria pitcher
- In a small saucepan, bring ¼ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water to a boil, stir until the sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat, and pour into the pitcher
- Pour white wine and peach liqueur into the pitcher
- When you’re ready to serve, top the pitcher off with chilled ginger ale
- Stir and serve in wine glasses
9. Vodka Cranberry
What You’ll Need
- 1 ounce of vodka
- 4 ½ ounces of cranberry juice
- 1 dash of lime juice
- 1 dash of orange juice
Directions
- Fill your glass halfway with ice
- Pour all ingredients into the glass
- Stir and enjoy

- Watermelon
- Mint

- Cointreau
- Lime Juice
Directions
- Muddle watermelon and mint into a glass
