Stefanie graduated from IONA College with a BA in Speech Communication. She has over 13 years of customer service experience which includes 4 years as a production assistant for a worldwide disaster recovery corporation.
Stefanie believes that the keys to maintaining long term and meaningful relationships are personalized care and outstanding service. Stefanie can assist with a wide variety of things from opening an account, to processing a contribution/withdrawal, online access assistance, help in the meeting preparation process, or escalating a request to the appropriate team member as needed.
Stefanie currently resides in Port Chester, New York with her husband, Juan, and two children, Alexander and Samantha. When not in the office, Stefanie enjoys making memories with her family and their dog, Duchess.
